into one year goals.

I'm reading this book right now by Jim Ronan, the Seven Secrets to

wealth and happiness.

Super inspired to wake up every single morning and jump on my

trampoline and really focus on what it is I want.

And it's crazy, because yesterday, I was asking my mentor, like, right

now, I want to bring more to my content.

Like, what more can I bring to the content that I'm creating?

::

And she asked me to go from the macro and bring it down to the micro.

::

And when she did this, I was stopping her voice recording every minute

to just, like, chat about the results that I've been having and

putting them into my calls.

And something really cool happened this morning.

::

I woke up, and one of my clients that just went through a program I

ran last month did what we worked on and woke up to a sale.

::

She went to sleep and woke up to a sale, and I was like, baby, you're

just getting started.

::

Birdie, you're just getting started.

::

She's another mama living in Costa Rica.

::

So, of course, for her deep desire to create wealth and abundance,

making sales at any time of the day, who's here for it?

Who wants to hear more of behind the scenes, because as I'm really

working with this idea of collapsing time, I used to see people

talking about quantum leaping and collapsing time, and I didn't quite

understand it, but it was at a time where I was focusing on wanting to

be there rather than where I was.

::

And now every single day, I get to look at Amani and be like, two

years goes so fast and so much can change.

::

This isn't going to be so much strategy.

::

It's going to be about mindset and about embodiment.

::

This is the real work.

::

This is where the bigger shifts happen.

::

Because when I was really brainstorming with my mentor, I'm like, why

are you so successful right now?

::

Why?

::

I got to really see that what I'm doing in my business right now, what

I'm doing isn't any different than what I was doing.

::

But the thoughts, the energy, and the embodiment behind what I'm doing

has changed tremendously.

::

And it began at the beginning of the year.

::

I had this desire.

::

I had taken a seven month hiatus from coaching, and my mentor was

offering a full year of coaching.

::

And I was like, oh, my gosh.

::

I've never had a private coach before, a one on one coach, and I've

definitely never booked a year long commitment.

::

But it just so happened that it was at the time of my business where I

was reflecting on:

I had enrolled six students for the entire year.

And what I wanted to do was call in more committed students.

::

I wanted to get clients that were seeing results.

::

How did I do this?

::

I increased the amount of time that we worked together.

::

It's like instead of going dating, dating, dating, new person, new

person, new person, new person.

::

I was like, no, I want to go deep, and I want my clients to get

results.

::

Six months mastermind.

::

This year alone in one quarter, I've signed eight clients.

::

Last year, it was six.

::

The difference is that I tripled the amount of time that we worked

together, which means I tripled the investment, which means that

yesterday, on a one on one call with one of my clients in the

mastermind, she's like, Amber, I've been working with you in the

membership.

::

I already see the shifts.

::

I already see the changes.

::

And now to go to my next level, I got to thinking, I could do this on

my own, or I could have you in my back pocket, and I want to do it

quicker.

::

She's like, let's do this.

::

She upgraded to the mastermind.

::

I started attracting more aligned clients, more devoted clients.

::

That wanted to do long term commitments.

::

They wanted to see how deep can we grow together.

::

But first, Amber had to declare how the stretchiest investment I had

ever made in my business to date when I was contemplating hiring her

in a sales conversation in the DM, someone I'd already worked with,

I'd been in her mastermind.

::

I'd take her courses.

::

But to commit to working with her for twelve months, let alone a pay

in full, the only thought that made me move was, if I was already

where I wanted to be, I would hire her.

::

I'm hiring her.

::

If I was already where I wanted to be, I would do this.

::

Do it now.

::

Embodiment.

::

Make the move now for where you want to be.

::

Declare it by being it first.

::

And this literally happened to one of my clients this year when I did

a giveaway in one of my programs and she joined upgraded before she

knew she had won it.

::

She literally was like, okay, paid in full.

::

And I was like, hey, wait, you just paid in full.

::

You're actually, you won this?

::

And I refunded her her entire investment.

::

But she moved first when I invested in my mentor at the beginning of

the year.

::

And I said, okay, let's do this for a year.

::

I started attracting clients that are like, okay, let's do this for

six months.

::

I said, yes.

::

I declared it, and I started moving as if it was already done.

::

It was easy for me to be like, oh, man, I don't know, like, if I get

there, I'll do it.

::

But I didn't.

::

I said, I want to be there.

::

I'm going to do it as if I'm already there.

::

And that's when I started to attract, like, clients.

::

We attract into our world, the relationships, the conversations, the

wealth, the happiness.

::

Like, whatever it is that we're being, whatever it is that we're

thinking, we attract that.

::

So I started to make sure this is the next thing.

::

Decisions.

::

I made a mantra at the beginning of the year that every decision I

made this year was going to make me richer.

::

Richer.

::

In the memories that I was creating, in the abundance that I was

calling in, in the client celebrations that I was attracting, every

decision that I made was going to make me richer.

::

So instead of making decisions when I'm there, I started saying, is

this going to bring more happiness, more abundance to how I feel in my

life?

::

Yes, I'm doing it.

::

And this is how I keep taking decisions that are stretching me beyond

my capacity to think that I can hold more.

::

And those decisions are what are allowing me to quantum leap and it's

And he's like, get yourself in the room with other people doing it.

::

Learn from them, and watch yourself calibrate to it.

::

Because we are the product of the people that we hang out with.

::

That's why I love going on retreats.

::

That's why I love hosting retreats.

::

That's why I love working with mentors and reading from the great.

::

This allows us to make decisions based upon other people's evidence if

we yet don't have the evidence ourselves.

::

And that is where these decisions that stretch us allow us to move

quicker and faster.

::

It's like first you move, first you act, and then you get yourself

near other people that are doing it, learning from them.

::

You see them as evidence that it's possible for you.

::

And things start to shift so quickly.

::

And I know for me, the biggest legacy in my life is not about what I

do.

::

It's about who I become, which means every decision that I make is the

effect from who I become.

::

When we build confidence, getting ourselves in the room of other

people doing it, we're able to make decisions quicker and be there

faster than ever before.

::

And this is where we get to stretch what was once possible in a year,

in three months.

::

It's like we have to start to believe that we can.

::

And this is the best thing that ever happened to me.

::

This year is like, I was like, I want to start working with clients

that it's not about if it's going to work out.

::

It's about when it's going to work out.

::

Literally.

::

One of my clients in the masterminds biggest celebrations in Q one was

like, changing the mindset.

::

Not about when, not about if, but about when.

::

And I was like, this is literally what I've been calling in.

::

It's like, this is on my heart.

::

This is my desire.

::

I have a big dream, and I'm going to go for it no matter freaking

what.

::

And that is scary, because when I started reflecting, like, even

looking at my journals on Sunday, I went through my journals and I was

like, oh, my gosh, I've been manifesting everything that I desire from

a space of gratitude.

::

I've been so grateful about where I am for so long.

::

I was just reading, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.

::

And there's something that stemmed together through all of these

moments of gratitude, is that I was never, ever where I wanted to be,

but I was always grateful for where I was and something that I really

learned deeply is that on every single thing that I've ever wanted,

having a baby, getting married, building property, running a multi six

figure company, being someone that people look up to, being someone

that people get results when they start working with me, all of those

things took roadblocks, ways in which it was not working.

I had a miscarriage.

::

I broke up with a four and a half relationship.

::

I lost the property when I left this relationship, like, am I meant to

be in Costa Rica?

::

Like, how am I going to get there?

::

There were so many roadblocks in becoming a mother and becoming a

wife.

::

There were so many roadblocks in becoming a successful entrepreneur

online.

::

There was many times where I struggled to sell a $2000 offer because I

yet didn't believe in my ability, I yet didn't believe in my work.

::

And now being able to effortlessly sell out a six k mastermind with

clients that are getting results almost instantly when they join.

::

And it's not that I'm launching or running or creating my content any

differently than I was two years ago.

::

The difference is that I started to believe in it.

::

And the believing meant that I started acting before I had evidence.

::

And then the evidence that I was looking to was outside of myself.

::

Instead of comparing myself to everyone else, which I was so good at

for so long, thinking that they were so much better, I shifted the

comparison to, like, she's a human, she's amazing.

::

She can do it.

::

Maybe I can.

::

And that's why I love mastermind so much, because a mastermind isn't

one person leading the way.

::

It's the collective of mastering the minds, where we get to share

what's working for you, what's working for her, what's working for me.

::

And we get to organically create our, yours mine soul aligned process

that is so different from anyone.

::

You get to bring the best of the best together.

::

And that's another thing I had to start doing this year, was saying no

to people that wanted to join the mastermind, saying no to someone in

the mastermind.

::

Like, hey, if this is where we're at, then I think that maybe the

membership is the best place for you.

::

Maybe this course is a better place for you.

::

I created an ascension model that allows my tribe to slowly get ready

for the mastermind.

::

I've had several clients up from the membership to the mastermind

because the membership got them such good results that they were able

to upgrade to the mastermind.

::

I've had people in the membership not sure how they're going to pay

for the next month.

::

And because of what they learn and they gather inside of the

collective, they're able to stay with us month after month after

month.

::

So it's like the more that I believe in myself, the more that I embody

what it is that I'm teaching, the quicker I get the results.

::

It's not changing the strategy.

::

The strategy is pretty much the exact same for the last 18 months.

::

And the compounding effect of what I'm doing is taking rapid speed.

::

And the way that I feel and the way that I think and the way that I

act is shifting because I have a mentor in my back pocket who's really

amazing to brainstorm, workshop, bounce ideas off with, and just

reflecting back to me the goodness that she sees and all of these

things.

::

Adding up mindset, belief, having support, giving client results, is

what quantum leap is coming from.

::

But first, it's like you declare it, you make the decisions that are

going to get you there with unwavering confidence and unwavering

belief, but getting yourself in the room with other people who are

doing it and letting them expand you and show you what the heck is

possible when you declare and you act and you make the moves as if

it's already happening.

::

And then the most important thing is that your work is really good.

::

We want to create offers and experiences and retreats and places

online, wherever it is that you host, that are so good that people

talk about your work.

::

The more that other people talk about your work and share and rave

about your magnetism and how good it is and how transformative it is,

the faster that you grow.

::

Because now the ripple that you're making in your life is into other

people's lives.

::

Into other people's lives.

::

And there's the tsunami effect.

::

The ripple happens in your life.

::

The tsunami happens when you start to make those shifts in other

people's lives.

::

Who do you want to be?

::

And are you acting as if you're already there, like there is no gap?

::

For me, it was taking the evidence that I've already done everything,

I've already achieved everything that I've ever desired.

::

And yes, I want so much more.

::

And the past shows me that it's possible.

::

Being around other people that are doing it shows me that it's

possible.

::

And birdie's here.

She's celebrating her first overnight sale.

Oh, my gosh.

::

And that is the first of many.

::

That's the first of many.

::

And I remember I was at the beach with my sister.

::

We were with our baby, six months old, celebrating her bachelorette

party.

::

When I came home from the beach and I had made my first sale, it felt

so good to know that I had a sale system set up to create wealth while

I was in love with my life, while I was living my life.

::

And I want that for every single client that I have because it's these

lower ticket offers that allow us to shorten the gap, getting our

tribe to get fast, quick results so that they can continue to grow

with us.

::

We want to walk on this journey together, creating massive wealth

together.

::

Launched yesterday, had our first sale overnight.

::

First sale feels incredible.

::

Selling while sleeping.

::

This gets me so freaking excited because I know that's possible for

anyone.

::

And what's really cool and also challenging is that as we do start to

quantum leap, taking six sales in a year to eight sales, triple the

price in three months is we are going to also get haters.

::

I created a real on signing 44 clients in my program.

::

Rich and so many people are like, is it a program?

::

Isn't that a course?

::

How many ads did you run to it?

::

Like, there was so many haters.

::

And I was like, this was a course.

::

It was literally only 197 when I launched it.

::

I was being the embodiment of my work.

::

I was showing my clients what the heck is possible.

::

How they can sell a low ticket offer.

::

Using reels all organically, I made over $9,000.

I mean, some people might say for 44 people in a really, what was a

high ticket program is wrong or not good or bad.

But there was so much judgment and I was like, I think I'm starting to

win here.

I'm starting to gather haters, aka I'm starting to win.

And what I realized is that people are going to judge you.

::

Not everyone is going to agree with you.

::

And the best thing that you can do is embody your work.

::

And that's what the launch of rich was all about.

I do run ads now.

::

I did create a mini course and test it with ads and it costed me

thousands of dollars.

::

That's why I recommend my clients test it organically.

::

This is what we did inside of rich.

This is what I did for Rich.

All organic, using solely reels.

And I taught the exact steps inside of rich.

And birdie here is waking up to her first sale.

Mindset.

a place of, if I was already where I wanted to be there, not like,

I'll make the decision and be there, then it's, I'm making the

decision today as if that's what's literally helped me to quantum leap

and then staying supported.

Taking freaking action and doing the things that you need to grow your

company.

Like, the company growth is so easy.

It's the compound effect of doing the same thing over and over and

over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over

again.

Grow, nurture.

Grow a community of people that you love, people that you would love

to get lost on an island with.

Serve your community, be authentic.

Share from the heart.

Show them where you were, show them where you are, relate to them.
